    • Industrial Power Meets Material Flexibility

The MakerGear Ultra One 3D printer provides true material flexibility and delivers high-quality FFF prints for your industrial, business and educational needs.

With a build volume of 16” by 14” by 13”, the Ultra One offers speed, precision and durability for large-scale parts and assemblies. Two independent extruders capable of high temperatures enable you to print with a wide variety of materials. Unlike other industrial printers, the Ultra One offers the freedom to choose your filament grade and filament supplier, enabling a broader range of projects and greatly reducing production costs.

The Ultra One’s touch probe-powered intelligent bed leveling system maximizes print adhesion; linear rails and industrial-grade components provide true CNC reliability; and dual extruders allow you to print with two materials simultaneously, including water soluble support, or take advantage of the Ultra One’s duplication mode.

The Ultra One operates at a whisper thanks to its rigid aluminum frame, beautifully engineered enclosure and trinamic drivers. A built-in LCD touch screen, a USB drive, and WiFi and ethernet capability provide flexible access.

Ultra Ones are in production and can typically ship within about 30-45 days ARO. Please contact sales@makergear.com for more info.

    • Independent Dual Extruders for fast multi-material printing and use of soluble supports. Using both extruders simultaneously, the Ultra One offers twice the production capacity of fixed-head dual extrusion systems for single-material print jobs.

Linear Rails of industrial grade offer true CNC reliability.

Touch Probe Leveling reliably determines the levelness of the bed.  With these measurements, the bed is then automatically leveled by adjusting the z-motors at each of the four corners.  Additionally, the printer generates a mesh of the print surface before each print in order to compensate for small, unavoidable variations from perfect flatness.

Print with unlimited complexity using soluble BVOH and HIPS support materials. Combine flexible and rigid elements into a single part to achieve your desired mechanical, thermal and chemical properties; and print multi-colored objects with stunning precision.

WiFi/Ethernet Connectivity offers remote control and monitoring capabilities.

Onboard computer with 10+ GB storage.

LCD Screen & USB Port enable users to print files stored on flash drives.

Simplify3D,  the industry's leading independent slicing software.

OctoPrint for MakerGear offers one-click file preparation and direct design-to-print integrations.

Compatibility with a wide range of operating systems, devices and browsers, including Windows/Mac/Linux, iOS/Android, Chrome/Firefox/Safari.
