This thermistor (temperature sensor) is suitable for both the V3b and the V4 Hot Ends. If Hot End's temperature display seems to be inaccurate, a replacement thermistor would be a good idea. 

Each thermistor includes the proper molex connector, and can accurately read temperatures up to 300 °C.
