Measuring 8" x 10", the MakerGear HBP allows users to ensure optimal print quality when extruding higher temperature materials such as ABS, PET, and many more.
Made of solid aluminum, the MakerGear HBP uses a resistive heater to reach temperatures up to 140 °C under ideal conditions and includes an integrated thermistor for precise temperature control.
Note: this HBP is compatible with 24 V systems, so if you ordered your printer prior to November 2013, you may need to purchase the Power Supply Upgrade Kit to use this HBP.
This fan is the smaller of the two fans mounted in front of the extruder and is also used inside the electronics case.
These fans have a keyed connector, guarding against incorrect plug-in. All fans should be kept free of dust buildup to prevent failure.
*M2 3D printers purchased in November 2015 or earlier require the 12 volt version of the 40 mm fan—please be sure to select the proper voltage based on your date of purchase. If you are unsure which fan you need, you can examine the label on your current fan to verify its voltage.
Mounted at a 45 degree angle in front of the extruder's 40 mm fan, this 50 mm fan provides users with greater control over the cooling rate of extruded filament material.
* Depending on when you purchased your M2, you may have a 12 volt or 24 volt 50 mm fan. If you are unsure which fan you need, you can examine the label on your current fan to verify its voltage.
Made from borosilicate glass, this 8" x 10" x 0.13" (20 cm x 25 cm x 3.3 mm) pane provides a perfect print surface when properly coated in a film of our (yellow) polyimide tape.
This is a replacement carriage for the M2 3D printer, which can be used on either the X- or Y-axis rails.
This item ships attached to a plastic rail. You will need to slide the carriage directly from the plastic rail to the metal rail on your M2 to prevent dislodging of individual bearings.
