Terms & Conditions - MakerGear Rewards
By participating in the MakerGear Rewards program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, your agreement is subject to change according to any posted guidelines and/or rules applicable to MakerGear Rewards. If you do not agree to the above, please refrain from participating in MakerGear Rewards.
The term “MakerGear Customer” refers to individuals and organizations who have purchased one or more MakerGear units via www.makergear.com or any authorized reseller.
The term “referrer” refers to any current MakerGear customer who participates in the MakerGear Rewards by promoting MakerGear products in order to facilitate new customer referrals.
The term “referee” refers to any individual or organization who does not own a MakerGear 3D printer and has been referred by a current MakerGear customer.
The term “rewards request” refers to the process by which referrers and referees can apply to receive rewards in the case that necessary tracking and disbursal information has not been provided or was not received by MakerGear staff.
The terms “tracking and disbursal informations” refer to the full name and email address of the referrer.
Rewards are applied to new customers who purchase MakerGear 3D printer units. In order to qualify for rewards, referees must purchase MakerGear 3D printers directly from MakerGear LLC. Rewards items, including MakerGear store credit, gift cards, and merchandise, are subject to change. Rewards will be disbursed no later than 14 days following the purchase of MakerGear 3D printers by a referee assuming that all necessary tracking and disbursal information has been provided to MakerGear staff. It is the responsibility of MakerGear Rewards participants, both current MakerGear customers and prospective MakerGear customers, to provide all tracking and disbursal information in the referral webform available on www.MakerGear.com . In the case that the referrer fails to correctly enter tracking and disbursal information on www.MakerGear.com , referrers and referees must contact MakerGear staff via email at hello@makergear.com in order to submit a rewards request. Rewards provided to referrers and referees (including MakerGear store credit, gift cards, and merchandise) remain valid for a period of six months from the date of the referee’s original purchase of the MakerGear 3D printer unit." Reward types and quantities are reflected by the most current communications provided by MakerGear LLC via email, Facebook, Twitter, and/or www.MakerGear.com , and are subject to change without prior announcement.
