The polarity for the Extruder Heater, HBP Heater and thermistors does not matter. The polarity for the power supplies needs to be correct - the power supplies are pre-wired but the polarity is noted in the photo. The fan will not spin if it is reversed - plus the red wire into the pin on the left (12v). The wiring sequence for the Z endstop varies per kit - if you have a red wire, that goes onto the + pin (the bottom pin in the blue box). If you do not have a red wire, look for a red mark on one of the wires - the wire with the red mark plugs into +. The kit does not ship with the SD-Card Expansion option but the header is in place should you decide to add it later. If you need to change the direction of a motor, remove power then just filp the connector. The Reset button is protruding on the bottom left-center.
The electronics (RAMPS shield mounted on an Arduino Mega 2560) are attached to laser cut mounting plate using cable ties. The laser cut mounting plate is attached to the frame using two M3x14 screws/washers.
