Congratulations to Gary Squire from JD Machine in Ogden, UT! He is the lucky winner of the MakerGear M2.
This year, MakerGear is excited to participate in the Student Smartforce Summit at IMTS. We're partnering with Rippl3D in the Art-to-Part Rocket Challenge where we'll introduce students of all ages to the design and 3D printing process. They will create model rockets using the Ripple3D software, print them out on our MakerGear M2's and see how far and high they can launch them in the air-powered flight test area!
See the rocket fun: 10am - 2pm daily
To get inspiration on how your business can participate in educational outreach in your community, come see the the student rocket challenge in action. Our booth will be hopping as we print more rocket tails than you've ever seen in one place! We invite you to stop by to check out the what the future leaders in STEM are creating at our booth and imagine how you can recreate a similar event in your community.
Meet a MakerGear Representative: 2pm-6pm daily
Since we're expecting as many as 3,000 students to visit the Student Smartforce Summit up until 2pm daily, the optimum time to visit with MakerGear representatives is during the 2-6pm window. We invite you to stop by and meet with a member of our team and see our M2's in action!
