Technical Support Position
Excellent comprehension and communication skills are critical. Support is handled through email and phone. The ideal candidate has customer support experience in a technical field and a passion for 3D printing. Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus. 3D Printing experience is a plus but not required. This position will require occasional evening, weekend and/or holiday hours.

Technically savvy with the ability to diagnose technical problems
