First person to guess what this is gets $25 off your next MakerGear purchase!! Twitter your guess (to @MakerGear), post a comment here or post your answer on the MakerGear Google Group. Winner and the answer will be announced next week.
Edit: We've received some extremely creative guesses! So there's a new category - the most creative guess gets $10 off :)

It’s obviously the soul of an orphan being extracted for use in the next version of the RepRap. The forsaken child will be used to power the machine, reducing its carbon footprint by 100%.
Of course it’s a new MakerGear worm-gear pulley viewed through an HDPE protective lathe shield as it’s being fabb’d.
Well, the picture is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise. There are two streams of cooling’lubricating fluid. This is obviously a picture through a protective window of a CNC mill. Since there is fluid, we’re not talking about milling plastic. Assuming this has something to do with a MakerBot, what parts are made from metal or could/should be?
I am assuming we are supposed to be guessing what is being machined here, and not just the fact that this is a CNC mill with cooling/lubricating fluid.
My guess is an all-in-one nozzle that doesn’t use nichrome, but a power resistor. The nozzle wouldn’t have to be made from threaded stock. It could be machined from a block of aluminum or something else.
If however we are not supposed to guess what is being milled… You got a new toy to play with?
That would be a non contact car wash
Wow! You made your own PLA!?! Do we get instructions? Can i order $25 of it? :)
It’s a look up from beneath a glass bed you were printing on, except something fell on it and cracked it (the Flying Spaghetti Monster like thing in the middle-top-right), and there was somehow a spill either as a result of that, or as a result of the cleanup. Those are lights above.
looks like a stair case through a rainy window
Would it be a Metal CNC Machine or Lathe?
Hmmm… Looks like some sort of strange third-hand tool…
